Relationship Manager
Relationship Manager
Reporting
The position will report to the Head of Client Relations & Account Opening/Corporate Coverage.
Your responsibilities
The Employee’s duties will notably include, but will not be limited to the performance of the following tasks:
​
· Conducting the onboarding process (including, but not limited to accounts opening/closing): advising prospect customers along the process of on-boarding in regard to corporate documentation and bank’s forms.
· Regular KYC review and update of clients’ files.
· Acting as strong and efficient ‘first line of defense’ with regards to corporate clients’ transactions. Assessment and execution of corporate clients’ transactions, collecting necessary documents and information to ensure KYC/KYT/KYCC procedures with corporate clients are in line with the regulatory and legal dispositions, guidelines and policies.
· Regular cooperation with the Back Office and Treasury Department with regard to issues with payment orders/placements of Corporate Clients.
· Strengthening of partnership relationships with Corporate Clients.
· Acting as the first point of contact and solution provider in customer’s requests with regards to operations on current/deposit/other accounts.
· Providing consultations/confirmations to customers and implementation of e-banking tools.
· Preparation of agreements & applications for transactions with Corporate Clients.
· Regular communication with Relationship Managers in regard to their client needs.
· Monitoring and regular update of issues related to the customers data.
· Permanent monitoring of Corporate Clients’ business. Building reports of corporate customer’s data and activities by request.
· Participating in Bank’s projects with Corporate Clients
Your profile
·University degree in business administration, economics, management or a related field.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
·Fluent in French and English (both mandatory), both written and spoken, Arabic or any other language would be considered as an advantage.
·Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with customers on a pro-active basis.
·Strong understanding of applicable rules and regulations
·Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills plus a good working knowledge of Excel.
·Good execution skills.

- Regulatory Compliance Officer
Regulatory Compliance Officer
Your responsibilities
The Employee’s duties will notably include, but will not be limited to the performance of the following tasks:
​
· Manage and coordinate the monthly regulatory watchlist reporting and assist with monitoring regulatory changes impacting the business and its activities;
· Analyze new regulations and perform gap analysis towards Bank’s process when applicable;
· Maintain the Bank’s policies and procedures register up-to-date by drafting and/or reviewing policies and procedures;
· Support Business teams by providing clear, reliable and consistent advice on any compliance questions/issues arising;
· Support Project Management team by participating to the implementation of new regulations and providing practical solutions in respect of requirements arising from the implementation of regulations;
· Manage and coordinate periodical regulatory controls by reporting issues and recommending solutions/changes;
· Assist with preparing and submitting necessary reports to Chief Compliance Officer.
Your profile
· Advanced (preferably post-graduate) degree in law, compliance, economics or finance (MBA or equivalent);
· Between 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in the banking sector, including minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
· Strong knowledge of banking regulations (MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, SFTR);
· Experience in new regulations implementation in the banking sector – project; management background would be considered as an asset;
· Ability to draft policies and procedures;
· Team player with pro-business attitude;
· Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
· Ease to simplify complex concepts and communicate efficiently on it at all levels in /outside the organization;
· Strong attention to detail and well organized;
· Ability to prioritize and to multi-task.
· Fluent command in English and French are mandatory (written and spoken), any additional language is considered as a plus.
